I have just returned from Anticipation after a golf trip with a bunch of my buddies. The experience was spectacularly outstanding! I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in Montego Bay a few years ago and thought that was as good as it gets -- boy, was I wrong. If the Ritz was a 5-Star experience, this had to be a 7-Star one, at least. The food, the service, the hospitality, the comfort, were all unequivocally fantastic! Then the view, at sunrise with a cup of coffee, or at night, looking out at the faintly lighted sea, while sipping some wine, took it to another level. Oh yes, not to forget, the golf at Tryall and other courses within a short driving distance, was excellent, though you wouldn't know that from my scores -- I guess I was too busy taking in the views. I hated to leave and cannot wait for my next visit. Thank you for making your home, such a wonderful place, available and accessible. K.O.

I hope that this email finds you well. I just returned from a one weekstay at Anticipation Villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. I don't know if you recall talking to me earlier in the year, but I'm from Texas and rented the property June 5 - June 12. We were a  
party of 13 and I wanted to tell you what a wonderful experience we had from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Ms. Avis, Gregory, Sharon & company took excellent care of us. This is by far the best vacation that I have ever been on (and  
I have been blessed to travel many places in the world). The villa accommodations were beyond expectation. All  rooms were beautifully decorated and impeccably cleaned. Everything about Anticipation Villa was luxurious from the bath towels, fine china and place settings to the wonderful meals that were prepared by Sharon. The STAFF was definitely the pinnacle of this vacation experience. We had a 9 year old with us who wanted to take Gregory home with her. (She asked him how tall he was so that she could determine whether he would fit in her large suitcase); we all unanimously felt this way about all of the staff. We are all discussing when our trip will be next year; at Anticipation Villa of  course for 2 weeks.

P.S. And tell me who has ever come back from vacation with your clothes clean? This is just too awesome!!

From the moment my wife and I arrived at Anticipation Villa, we were blown away! The warm and friendly staff greeted us with ice cold Jamaican fruit drinks the moment we stepped out of the car. Next, we were taken on a detailed orientation of the imaculately kept Villa, where every room was a virtual oasis. We instantly felt the warmth of "home" (without, of course, the kids, work, chores, etc.). Throughout the entire week we were pampered by the accomodating Anticipation staff. The chef was unbelievably versatile (his soups are amazing), the butler was responsive, but not invasive, and i'm certain the cleaning staff was trained by the military (the place remained spotless). The views from the patio, overlooking the golf course with the ocean as as a back-drop, was absolutely breathtaking! I played golf for seven consecutive days, while my wife exercised by walking the amazing grounds of Tryall, the property on which Anticipation Villa is nestled into the mountain. We have stayed at amazing places throughout the world and never before have we felt such a delicate balance of comfort, luxory, and the uncanny feeling of familiarity (as if we were home) as we did on our stay at Anticipation Villa. The only disappointment we felt during our entire stay at this gem of a property, was when our driver showed up to shuttle us back to the airport at the end of our stay. Anticipation Villa truly tops our list of places to visit often!

I've had the pleasure of being a return guest to this property- each time it's more spectacular than the last. Stunning views from each room, modern ammenties, and the most impeccable staff remain a constant and guaranteed a perfect vacation for my entire group of discerning travelers. The culinary masterpieces (including vegetarian fares) prepared by the chef left us with no desire to eat out. I enjoyed spa services on property and was easily spoiled by the daily laundry service. Everyone loves all the "bells and whistles" that technology has to offer. Lounging outdoors or in the great room provided tranquility and a true escape from the oridinary. Perfect for girls-get-aways, family, golfing and romantic trips- our experience left us "anticipating" a return trip.

My family and I are back from a wonderful visit to “Anticipation” and just wanted to let you know we loved the renovations!  As you may recall, the last time we stayed at the home it was “Merryland” and had not been fixed up.  Anyway, the staff was great, the chef (Adrian) awesome, and it was nice seeing Ms. Avis again.  We hope to return, and would love to stay at your beautiful home.
